Final Results and Prizewinners of Bexhill Congress 28-29 June 2014

The third Bexhill Chess Congress took place last weekend at the Parkhurst Hall. A convivial atmosphere brought the best out of the twenty-four players, most of whom stayed in local hotels and enjoyed our range of restaurants during their time away from the board.

The winners were John Sugden, a stalwart member of the Hastings and St Leonards Chess Club and Bexhill resident, and Oliver Finnegan, who travelled daily to Bexhill from London.
